Challenge

A school-supply store, heavily invested in print catalogs, wanted to try digital display ads. Most of its sales were in-store, with no way to measure online-to-offline conversions.

Solution

We activated the direct-mail list by matching their offline records to online consumer IDs. Then we ran display ads, targeted at the person level, while the catalogs dropped. Our test-and-control showed a 48% jump in conversions among consumers who received the ads. And with closed-loop reporting, we showed the incremental impact of online-to-offline sales.

Challenge

A premium clothing company wanted to use its direct-mail list to reach its customers and prospects on digital. Other partners’ solutions were weak: Matching only with third-party cookies; off-brand, impersonal creative; and click measurement that didn’t show incremental revenue.

Solution

We matched the list to our highly accurate IDs, storing 400 days of each consumer’s cross-device site activity. When we connected with them, it was with on-brand, dynamically personalized creative.

Challenge

A CPG brand wanted to run offers to buy their products at a particular big-box store. They had to find people who frequently shopped there, but they had no way of reaching them.

Solution

Using our location intelligence, which we tie to anonymous online consumer profiles, we gave the brand insights into shoppers who had recently visited these stores. The location points were verified within 3.5 meters, without the need for personally identifiable information. Then we targeted the offers to these consumers across their devices. The CPG brand reported that the campaign was their highest-performing mobile offer of the year at this big-box store.
