As senior vice president of enterprise operations at Conversant, I am responsible for overseeing all operations at Conversant and CJ Affiliate, the company’s affiliate marketing arm, in the U.S. I lead a group of 100 associates, including engineers, campaign operations managers and QA analysts, who support all aspects of client operations. This includes supporting prospective and new clients through initial sales discussion, integrating clients onto Conversant’s platform, architecting and launching client programs, as well as providing ongoing technical support. I also collaborate on the technical design and roll-out of new products and solutions.
I joined Conversant (then Dotomi) in 2010 as a senior client integration engineer and at the time, was the fourth member of the company’s growing Integration team. In that role, I launched and supported some of company’s largest client accounts and established impactful initiatives, including the first offline buyer campaign as well as the data onboarding practices that are still used today. In 2014, I was promoted to director, followed by vice president of client integration in 2015, then vice president of enterprise operations in 2016 after successfully bringing together several siloed integration teams into one cohesive group. Prior to Conversant, I worked at SmithBucklin as a technical account manager and managed large technology clients associated with companies such as IBM, Boeing and HP. I began my career at a real estate financial company, where I managed daily operations and IT business needs for clients in the Midwest.
