My role

I lead a team charged with talent and performance management, employee relations and ensuring our people strategy aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. My team partners with our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to hire and retain high performers.  

My story

I previously held leadership roles in human resources at IRI, GATX and Exelon Corporation. In those positions, I specialized in employee relations, executive coaching, career development, employee engagement recruitment and staffing. I also collaborated with leadership to provide solutions to operational challenges and business issues and executed new programs.

My philosophy

Winning over the hearts and minds of associates one interaction at a time by providing “Ritz Carlton” customer service. HR isn’t the “hall monitor” or “HR Police.” We’re here to develop rock stars who will drive our business forward.
