I lead the Epsilon and Conversant marketing team responsible for building a clear and ownable market leadership position. My team partners closely with our Product and Sales teams to accelerate go-to-market clarity, confidence and revenue.
I have helped build businesses, brands, product go-to-market plans and teams across very cluttered and fast-moving categories. My experience varies from classically trained CPG marketing to building an expertise in developing market-entry strategies ahead of market maturity.
I've spent the majority of my career on the client side, where I’ve held multiple retail and CPG marketing leadership positions at PepsiCo, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, ConAgra and Sears Holdings. I was most recently Chief Marketing Officer of Eyeview, where I led our market-entry strategic plan, positioning Eyeview as the leader in outcome-based personalized video marketing. Prior to Eyeview, I was CMO for multiple brands acquired by Gannett Digital Ventures Group, the advertising technology services arm of Gannett (original parent company of USA Today, Cars.com).
I enjoy spending time with my family, and most weekends you can find us at a hockey rink, basketball court or a baseball field. I love to travel, have a passion for yoga, food and photography and am a certified Spinning® instructor.
As a leader, my philosophy is to inspire and empower. I received some wise advice early in my career that has helped guide my journey: 1. Your career is a marathon and not a sprint. 2. Human nature is to need a map. If you are brave enough to draw one, others will follow. I’m big on drawing maps.
