I serve as executive advisor to Epsilon and Conversant on digital strategy, business and client development, ad tech and executive development. 

I served as the CEO of Conversant from December 2012 until December 2014 when Conversant was acquired and we joined Epsilon.

Prior to that, I served as Conversant’s chief operating officer as well as the President of Dotomi, which was acquired by Conversant (formerly Valueclick) in 2011.

I am a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in growing successful organizations. Before joining Dotomi, I founded Rainmaker Consulting Group Inc., which specialized in strategic sales and marketing consulting for marketing services firms. I also served as president of North America for Catalina Marketing Services, providing behavioral insights, database marketing and Internet solutions to key Fortune 1000 companies. My leadership at Catalina resulted in record revenues and net profits. Additionally, my tenure includes four years at ACTMEDIA working with the launch team of the Instant Coupon Machine, as well as in CPG sales and marketing with Beecham Products and Frito-Lay, Inc.

I am also a member of the board of directors for Web.com and am a former director for Bluestem Brands, Inc. f/k/a Fingerhut Direct Marketing, Inc. In the past, I have participated on boards for Q Interactive, SuperMarkets Online, Affinova, Claria, Imagitas and El Dorado Marketing.

I have an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as well as a BS from the University of Illinois.
