I lead the global talent acquisition team for Conversant and CJ, responsible for implementing innovative recruiting and sourcing initiatives, achieving a robust  talent brand and delivering next-level, industry-specific candidates. My team are subject-matter experts,  using disruptive recruiting approaches to support division leaders and hiring managers.

My story

I have led talent acquisition teams for 15+ years in a corporate and agency environment, with a focus on attraction and retention. Throughout my career, I have been an evangelist for improving acquisition branding, simplifying the application process and implementing consistent, repeatable interview standards.
